Finding a property
- Network of contact facilities through our website, email, phone and fax so we can always get back to you.
- We offer a registering process which allows you to enter specific requirement details which incorporates your requirements into our database. We can also input your details manually via, email, fax, face to face contact or telephone.
- We offer a detailed Matching service: Our software is designed to automatically update you through email, post, fax or telephone contact when a property matches your criteria.
- Negotiable and flexible viewing appointments to enable you to view a potential property at a time that suits you.
Applying for a property
This can be done one of two ways. Upon viewing a property you can register an interest with the agent conducting the viewing and make arrangements to visit the office and sign the declaration to receive an email link to complete the application for in your own time and submit it directly to UK Tenant Data. Alternatively you may request or download the application form, complete and return to our office. Please see PDF application document (right).
Choosing your new home

- Registering your deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) for your own peace of mind
- We include a thorough inventory service with photographic evidence for every property let through ourselves. This will show a property in its true form upon move in and move elevating delays due to disputes
- We follow the relevant legislation relating to the renting of a property so health and safety risks are covered and general guidelines are adhered to.
- We offer tenant insurance which also covers accidental damage to the landlord’s property. There is also an option available to cover sickness and unemployment.
Ongoing advice & support
- We offer ongoing full advice and support from searching for a property right through the moving in process. If a property is fully managed, ongoing support throughout your tenancy will be available for your peace of mind.
- 24/7 helpline for any emergency maintenance work needed using our approved contractors
- 24 hour key cutting service dedicated for emergencies
