All valuations are FREE of charge and there is no obligation. Upon visiting you at the property in question we will provide you with comparables for similar properties rented within the area, a recommended rental figure, advice on how the property should be presented and if there is work/maintenance to be completed prior to a tenancy being taken. You will be provided with information outlining your legal obligations as a landlord, general aspects of renting, Fee lists and full information packs on our services. Once instructed you will be provided with regular updates on the performance of your property via Rightmove.co.uk (click through rates).
